HOW TO REDEEM A PROMOTION CODE: During the Promotion Window, Eligible Fans must go to or use any of Domino's mobile or tablet applications, and enter the sixteen (16) digit promotion code during checkout. MLB.com is not responsible for email which is returned as non-deliverable or filtered or deleted by participant's email settings. Any attempt by an Eligible Fan to obtain more than one (1) promotion code may void that Eligible Fan's promotion code request and that Eligible Fan may be disqualified.
Upon verification of eligibility, MLB.com will email such Eligible Fan the promotion code to the email address associated with his/her MLB.com account. HOW TO OBTAIN A PROMOTION CODE: During the Promotion Window, Eligible Fans must go to MLB.com/dominono and register by submitting his/her MLB.com username and password. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited or restricted. Offer valid in US only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
